Covilhã Hospital using Hope Care technology
Covilhã Hospital is using Hope Care technology to remotely monitor patients suffering from chronic heart failure.
The program is an innovative monitoring system and aims to improve patients’ quality of life. With this project, it has been possible to contribute to the early detection of decompensation episodes, reduce and prevent hospitalizations, reduce financial costs through the reduction of emergency episodes, hospitalizations and face-to-face consultations.
