Hope Care is the winner of the BfK Awards with the HCAlert project.
An award from the ANI – Agência Nacional de Inovação, whom this year joined WSA, to choose from among the candidates the best project developed, based on partnerships and R & D.
Among the national candidates in competition, the winner of the BfK Awards was the HCAlert project developed by Hope Care, with the vision of building a hospital at home, through a screening platform that allows medical call centers to telemonitor data from patients. HCAlert is an analytical system applied to telemonitoring of health data.
Based on the cloud, it creates an alert platform that connects e-health providers and implements clinical rules and procedures that help to triage in health care centers. The national winners, including the project distinguished by the BfK Awards, will have the opportunity to participate in the 27th Digital Business Congress, to be held on the 27th and 28th of September.
