Published by Tactio Health is available a case study about the pilot project that Hope Care has been developing in Centro Hospitalar e Universitário de Coimbra (CHUC).
The study consists in monitoring patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), which do their daily measurements from their homes. The first screening is done by the call center and if necessary, the doctors involved are informed about any situation that requires their intervention
